第一,好的工作环境，从主观上说可以在一定程度上调节人的心情，提高工作的积极性;从客观上说，各种设备的齐全，可以有效地提高工作效率。良好的团队所起的作用更是巨大的,俗话说“一 根筷子容易弯,十根筷子折不断”。当今社会,随着知识经济时代的到来,各种知识、技术不断推陈 出新，学生的身心发展规律也需要我们不断探索,所有这些都需要团队成员之间进一步相互依赖、 相互关联、共同合作，建立合作团队来解决错综复杂的问题,依靠团队合作的力量可以创造奇迹。 因此,我不否认好的工作环境和好的团队是每个人在选择工作时都要考虑的因素。
第二，虽然好的环境和好的团队很重要，但这不是我选择工作的重点，我更注重工作中能否体现自 身的价值，能否更好地为国家、为社会作贡献。例如，现如今很多人都投人到农村特岗服务中,选 择的工作环境相对来说是比较艰苦的，但是他们是在为实现自身的价值而孜孜不倦地努力。
因此，即便是工作环境和团队不如我想象,我也不会因此而影响自己的工作,在学校中，工作是第 一位的。相反,环境可以改变，团队可以塑造，我个人具有性格开朗、乐于助人、擅长协调沟通等优 点。所以，在今后的工作中，在向各位同事积极学习的同时,我会充分发挥个人的主观能动性，为 环境的改造与优秀团队的建设积极贡献自己的力量。
