国家的发展，民族的振兴，离不开人才，人才的培养在于教育，而教育的成效如何在一定程度上 又取决于师生关系，良好的师生关系是搞好教育工作的基础。处于青少年时期的学生生理和心理的发育，由于表现欲与情绪控制力的水平发展不平衡，往往会出现迷惘、困惑、冲动……这就是心理学 上所称的“心理断奶期”。为此，建立良好的师生关系至关重要。那么，我们应以怎样的途径和方法 去建立良好的师生关系呢？第一,要“塑造”好教师的形象。教师在学生中的形象如何与学生心理承受能力有直接关系，如 果教师总是摆出一副“师者”的架子,不愿与学生接触、交流，甚至认为与学生打成一片不成体统。 长此以往，产生了隔膜，便会引起学生心理上的抵触与反感。其实，要塑造好教师形象，维护师之尊 严、威信，只有从课堂教学、课外相处中自然而然地流露，以教师自身的学识、才华和人格精神去征 服学生,才能让学生从心里接受。在学生心目中有一个较好的形象是建立起良好师生关系的首要 条件。
第二，教育要务实避空。如果我们教育者对某些现实中实际存在的问题予以回避，或者隐瞒某 些事实的真相,学生就会怀疑，继而就不相信老师讲的道理。或者教师张口、闭口大道理，致使学生 对一些问题感到渺茫，觉得老师说话空洞，不切合实际，从而使教育起不到相应的作用，学生慢慢地 疏远了教师，师生关系就会发生变化。我们应该针对学生的特点,有目的、有计划、有步骤地举行一 些专题活动，如组织他们参观访问、调查研究等，让学生在活动中接受教育,这样既符合学生的个 性，又能达到教育的目的，同时还能不断改进师生关系，收到我们所期望的效果。
第三，不断改进教学方法,提高学生成绩。良好的师生关系是提高教育教学质量的基础,改进 教学方法，讲求教学艺术，提高教学质量,又是建立和维持良好师生关系的重要条件。学生在学校的 主要目的就是要通过学习，掌握知识,提高技能。倘若教不得法，学生听不懂、学不会，知识、技能 差，成绩低下，教师不满意,家长难接受。学生处于两面受压,精神负担大，就会严重地挫伤他们的 自尊心，打击他们学习的兴趣，使他们产生厌学情绪，对教师教育教学产生抵触，从而恶化了师生关 系。为此，我们应扎扎实实地做好教学工作，加强教学基本功训练，改进教法,讲求教学艺术，提高 学生学习成绩。教师应该让学生对学习产生兴趣,形成一种“向心力”将学生吸引住，才能建立和维 持良好的师生关系。
此外，师生间还可以多开展一些文体活动。它可以使师生在“玩”的过程中，不知不觉地缩短距 离,从而改进关系。总之，建立良好的师生关系是保证教育教学工作顺利进行的关键，每一位教师 都应为建立良好的师生关系而努力。
