1．苹果头饰、苹果汁、苹果脯等。
2．各种水果、榨汁机、刀子、盘子等。
3．即时贴、棉花等可装饰物品。
附：“苹果变变变”的游戏方法。即教师请幼儿给苹果娃娃喊“变变变”，然后随着幼儿的喊声旋转自己的身体，转到黑板的后面取出一盒苹果汁。提问“苹果娃娃变成了什么?”等具有启发性的问题。
根据活动目标和活动准备，为中班幼儿设计苹果“变变变”活动，要求写出活动过程。

【活动过程】
1．教师戴苹果头饰扮演苹果娃娃出现在幼儿面前，引起幼儿的兴趣。
(1)教师：“小朋友们好!我是会变的苹果娃娃，你们猜一猜我会变成什么样子呢?”
(2)引导幼儿自由的想象苹果的变化。
2．教师与幼儿一起玩“苹果变变变”的游戏。
(1)教师请幼儿给苹果娃娃喊“变变变”的口令，然后随着幼儿的喊声旋转自己的身体，转到黑板的后面取出一盒苹果汁。提问：“苹果娃娃变成了什么?(苹果汁)它是怎么变成苹果汁的?”
(2)请幼儿继续给苹果娃娃喊“变变变”的口令，随着幼儿的喊声再次旋转到黑板的后面取出一盒苹果脯。提问：“这次苹果娃娃变成了什么?(苹果脯)它是怎么变成的?”
(3)请幼儿再次给苹果娃娃喊“变变变”的口令，随着幼儿的喊声旋转到黑板的后面取出苹果干、苹果酱、苹果派等各种苹果制成的食品。提问：“苹果娃娃真会变呀?它都变成了什么?苹果还会变成什么呀?”
3．教师与幼儿品尝各种各样的苹果制品，说一说吃苹果有哪些好处。
4．出示橘子、西瓜、香蕉等水果，请幼儿一一说出它们的名称。教师：“今天，我们也来一个水果大变身的比赛，看一看这些好看、好吃的水果在小朋友的手中会变成什么样子呢?”
(1)分别向幼儿介绍提供的三组材料。
第一组：将各种水果用榨汁机进行榨汁的活动，变出各种果汁(教师指导提醒幼儿注意安全)。
第二组：将各种水果进行装饰活动，利用粘贴即时贴、棉花等方式，变出各种水果娃娃。
第三组：利用各种水果制作成水果拼盘、水果串、水果沙拉等。
(2)请幼儿分成小组进行活动。
5．让幼儿分别品尝和欣赏各自的成果，培养幼儿的自信心。
【活动延伸】
将各种水果及相关材料，如榨汁机、适合幼儿用的刀具、牙签、沙拉酱等投放在日常生活区和美术区供幼儿进行水果装饰。
