1．热身
教师带领幼儿一起进行热身活动，如：模仿操、慢跑等，尽量把幼儿的身体活动开。
2．教师向幼儿介绍游戏的名称，并向幼儿讲解和示范各种玩法
游戏规则：
(1)幼儿在玩游戏时，如果没有按照规定顺序踢跳，判为失败；
(2)在跳房子过程中，脚或小沙包压线或出格均为失败。
玩法：幼儿站在第一格线外，将小沙包投进第一格，跨进第二格单脚跳进第三格，双脚跨进第四第五格，然后单脚跳进第六格，再双脚跨进七八格，单脚跳进第九格，跳转身后再依次返回至第二格时，单脚站住并用手捡起小沙包，跨出第一格，然后再将小沙包投进第二格，如此依次进行，以不许犯规少犯规，并先跳完者为胜。
