【活动过程】
1．导人——看动画短片，引导幼儿发现自己。
动画短片内容为：一个小娃娃很开心地边吹泡泡糖边走路，碰到了好几个小动物，大家都劝他走路当心点，可他就是不听，结果头上撞了个大大的包。他又疼又急，哇哇地哭着跑回家，镜子说：“别哭!别哭，好孩子以后要爱惜自己!”娃娃问：“自己是谁呀?”镜子说：“自己嘛，请你对我照一照，就会看到了。”听了这话，娃娃真的对着镜子照了起来。
2．集体活动——玩照镜子游戏，引导幼儿认识自己。
(1)幼儿在室内寻找镜子，找到后拿着镜子照照，并说出自己的名字，向教师介绍自己。
(2)玩“自己的五官在哪里”的游戏，说一说五官的名称，并指出五官的位置。
(3)请幼儿讲讲自己跟别人有什么不一样。如头发的长短、衣服的颜色……
3．操作练习，使幼儿知道自己的性别，并学会区分男孩与女孩。
(1)“交朋友”游戏：幼儿在集体面前说出自己的性别后，找一个玩具娃娃做朋友，并把他带回“家”。
(2)送“朋友”参加化妆舞会：请幼儿将自己的“朋友”按性别的不同送到“化妆问”里。
4．区域没置和日常活动组织：
(1)在晨检表上、评比栏里、毛巾架上为幼儿贴上照片，让幼儿加深对自己的认识。
(2)在一些音乐、体育等活动中，适当加入一些分男、女的角色表演、演唱、游戏等形式。
(3)在幼儿人厕时．强化幼儿对性别的认识。
5．与家长沟通计划：
(1)给孩子看看他们小时候的照片，向孩子讲述小时候发生在他们身上的故事。
(2)有可能的话，多给孩子照些照片，利用休息时间和孩子一起记他们的成长日记。
