操作整合阶段的动作特点有：
(1)动作品质。动作可以表现出一定的稳定性、精确性和灵活性，但当外界条件发生变化时，动作的这 些特点都有所降低。
(2)动作结构。动作的各个成分趋于分化、精确,整体动作趋于协调、连贯，各动作成分间的相互干扰 减少，多余动作也有所减少。
(3)动作控制。视觉控制不起主导作用，逐渐让位于动觉控制。肌肉运动感觉变得较清晰、准确，并成 为动作执行的主要调节器。
(4)动作效能。疲劳感、紧张感降低,心理能量的不必要的消耗减少，但没有完全消除。
