(2)问题行为是一个教育性概念，主要是针对学生的某一种行为而言的，而且除了后进生有问题行为之外，优秀学生有时也有可能发生问题行为，这就要求教师在课堂里灵活而机智地处理和矫正问题行为。(3)教师对课堂问题行为的处置与矫正应做到以下两点：
①正确对待学生的课堂行为。一般来说，课堂行为往往有积极与消极之分。积极的课堂行为指与促进课堂教学目的实现相联系的行为，而消极的课堂行为则是那些干扰课堂教学的行为。对于消极的课堂行为，适当的惩罚是必要的，但是不可采用讽刺挖苦、体罚、剥夺学习权利等惩罚手段。
②采用行为矫正以及心理辅导来处理课堂问题行为。例如，开设心理健康教育有关课程；开设心理辅导活动课；在学科教学中渗透心理健康教育的内容；结合班级、团队活动开展心理健康教育；个别心理辅导或咨询和小组辅导等。
