[参考答案]聚合思维是创造性思维的基本成分之一，又叫辐合思维、集中思维、求同思维，就是将各种信息汇聚起来分析、整合，最终得出一个正确答案或最好的解决方案的思维形式。发散思维又称辐射思维、多向思维或求异思维，是指从一个目标出发，沿着各种不同的途径去思考，探求多种答案的思维，与聚合思维相对。不少心理学家认为，发散思维是创造性思维的最主要的特点，是测定创造力的主要标志之一。发散思维有三个主要特征：流畅性，即个人面对问题情境时，在规定的时间内产生不同观念的数量的多少；变通性，即灵活性，指个人面对问题情境时，不墨守成规，不钻牛角尖，能随机应变，触类旁通；独创性，即个人面对问题情境时，能独具匠心，想出不同寻常的、超越自己也超越同辈的意见，具有新奇性。
