(4)分组教学的优缺点。分组教学最显著的优点在于它比班级上课更切合学生个人的水平和特点，便于因材施教，有利于人才的培养。但是，它很难科学地鉴别学生的能力和水平；在对待分组教学上，学生、家长和教师的意愿常常与学校的要求相矛盾；分组后造成的副作用很大。
