(3)适应培养的阶段特征，正确使用言语言语在不同的阶段上，其作用是不同的。言语在原型定向与原型操作阶段，其作用在于标志心智动作，并对活动的进行起组织作用。所以，这时的培养重点在于使学生了解动作本身，利用言语来标志动作，并巩固对动作的认知，在学生熟悉动作的基础上再提出言语要求。在用语言来标志动作时，用词要恰当，要注意选择表现力强而学生又能接受的词来描述动作。言语在原型内化阶段，其作用在于巩固形成中的动作表象，并使动作表象得以进一步概括，从而向概念性动作映象转化。这时培养的重点应放在考查言语的动作效应上。在这一阶段上，不仅要注意主体的言语动作是否正确，而且要检查动作的结果是否使观念性对象发生了应有的变化。此外，要随着心智技能形成的进展程度，不断改变言语形式。除上述三点基本要求外，教师集体教学中还要注意学生的个别差异。
